Oil change & tire rotation car was working great I left with car bouncing. returned, need one new tire for 300+. Never told me I had a bad tire. My car was never bouncing or wobbling prior to bringing it in. Bad service and now car is in distress. I know my car and when I arrived, it wasn’t bouncing on a tire with an “egg” in it. I’m insulted that they would rotate my tires and not tell me prior to leaving after my oil change and rotation. I should have never allowed them to rotate my tires. I’m older, but I’m not stupid. Men in family are truckers and know vehicles and this is wrong. Why not tell me when you released my car on day one? I waited 2 hours for someone to tell me about an egg and new tire of $300+. Ridiculous. More

I brought my Tahoe in for routine maintenance on a late morning service. After about five minutes a Service Department member came to my vehicle and told me it would be an hour wait and said to come back morning service. Was seated waiting room and shortly afterwards I was informed my vehicle was ready. Before leaving I asked a service representative when my Tahoe’s warranty expired. In no time she had the info as well as future service would be required by that time. This was one of several highly rated work on my Tahoe. More
