An Excellent Experience! He didn't pressure me to purchase anything I wasn't interested in and more importantly, he got me the price I was looking for. They were both professional, friendly and easy to work with. Steve explained everything about my new Chrysler 200 convertible and made the usual back and forth between dealership and customer relatively painless. When the deal was completed and it came time to speak with Jim, he also made the sealing of the deal painless. Both were straight forward, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with...no hard sell tactics. Would recommend and buy at this dealership again and again. More
