God awful This entire Lester Glenn group might be the worst car dealership and service center ever. I bought a pre-owned pre- certified vehicle and all I have i This entire Lester Glenn group might be the worst car dealership and service center ever. I bought a pre-owned pre- certified vehicle and all I have is problems. Within the first year of having the vehicle I had it in their service shop for 2 months, getting fixed and repaired. And when they finally found out the problem they tried to charge me for the repairs. Now 2 years later and still under an extended warranty, an issue that they said they supposedly fixed was acting up again and when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, they said there is a 115$ fee just to look at the problem. Way to stand behind your work! That's sarcastic by the way. And now waiting for an hour and a half for an oil change. All I can say is stay away from all Lester Glenn dealers! More
