Everything I asked for they got it done. Well, I originally went into the dealer to look at a used Wrangler but was not completely sold on it. I was first dealing with a James Daley at about 830pm on a Friday night, it was getting late and after closing time and we could not meet on a trade value for my vehicle so I decided to wrap it up after Eddie the Sales Mgr on duty talked to me about a lease program instead of a finance program. That being said I wrapped it up that night so I could digest the info that was explained to me. Eddie explained that because it was so late that the other gentleman that does the trade value had left for the evening and asked if I was able to return the following day for a better value of my vehicle could possibly be done. I explained to them I would be back on my day off which was Veterans day. Well on Veterans day I came in and sat with Mike C. because James was off that day. I explained to Mike what transpired the last time I was in and he said he would figure it out. I explained that I decided to explore the lease opinion on a new 2016 Wrangler. Well needless to say I told Mike what I wanted and he made it happen along with James P to meet the payment amount and trade value that I wanted. I am pleased with the team I dealt with that morning. I stopped in the one on route 37 and was looking at the cars when Robert came to us he asked if we needed help, we explained we were just Window Shopping. He showed us the type of cars he had in stock and said he was going inside, and just come in and get him if we required any help. We looked what they had in stock and found the car I was looking for. Then I went inside and talked to Robert he came out and showed me the car and explained what the car had. Very professional and then took me for a test drive. I promised my wife I wouldnt shop there because of the awful salesperson she had in the past. She had a salesperson that never wanted to know who she was after her purchase. I am so happy i decided to enter Lester Glenn on the day that I did. All salespeople should follow what Joseph Derosa does with his customers.
