taking advantage of customers 1: visit the dealership looking for a car and watching a sales person take advantage of senior citizen by telling him we will give you a great deal o 1: visit the dealership looking for a car and watching a sales person take advantage of senior citizen by telling him we will give you a great deal on floor mats, just happens we were looking at the same car and they were included 2: tried a second time to purchase a car with Internet price they took all information called back the next day the price changed because Internet sale over when we were trying to do the deal the day before. 3: Just today 6/27/17 we were in for a recall on our jeep (purchased at Pine Belt Keyport) for air bag and we were going to look at a jeep grand Cherokee. We get our vehicle report and all the YELLOW boxes are checked, 90% of what was check example: "needs new tires", 2 weeks prior we had new tires installed (not by Lester Glenn) went back into the service center to show all receipts we had for all repairs we were told needed and was told sorry he may have meant to check all the GREEN boxes It is sad to know how many customers you take advantage of. More
The worst I ever had Bought my truck there with no problems. Then I went to have it serviced that was a hole nother story. Had my truck a week at a time for tire sensors w Bought my truck there with no problems. Then I went to have it serviced that was a hole nother story. Had my truck a week at a time for tire sensors would get my truck back and a few hours later the same issue. When to a different dealer they had the truck fixed in 6 hrs and rebalanced all the tires witch the first dealer didn't do after breaking the tires down to fix. Lost 3 weeks of profit because my truck was tied up with lesterglen. Very unprofessional in my book More

I bought a pre-owned pre- certified vehicle and all I have i This entire Lester Glenn group might be the worst car dealership and service center ever. I bought a pre-owned pre- certified vehicle and all I have is problems. Within the first year of having the vehicle I had it in their service shop for 2 months, getting fixed and repaired. And when they finally found out the problem they tried to charge me for the repairs. Now 2 years later and still under an extended warranty, an issue that they said they supposedly fixed was acting up again and when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, they said there is a 115$ fee just to look at the problem. Way to stand behind your work! That's sarcastic by the way. And now waiting for an hour and a half for an oil change. All I can say is stay away from all Lester Glenn dealers! More

This was exemplified recently by my Service Consultant, Jim Migliore, who not only provided a flexible solution to my needs but had my vehicle returned well ahead of original expectation. Worst Service Ever! Beware ! We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and are totally dissatisfied with the customer service. And the service department. We have dealt with Toyota and Honda and service was excellent . Can not wait till the lease is up. It all started as we pulled out of the dealership the nite we purchased the truc and we drove down rt 37 and has to turn around immediately as there was a loud noise from the undercarriage we got back to the dealership in 2 minutes and they were all locked up we called the salesman and he said bring it back in the am. They had left some packing of sometime under the car that should have been removed! The GPS is not working and they do not service gps on Saturdays ,so you need to have it done during the week and the process takes 3hrs plus as we were told. They would not offer a loner car as itmis not their policy and we both work over 70 miles away. It is unbelievable that you need to take a day off from work just to have your care serviced. Toyota and Honda offer loaners to their customers. So my husband brought the truck in waited just about 4hours and they could not fix it and now think they need to order a part which will be in in about a week. He also had them do scheduled service and had forgotten his wallet home and would not take my credit card over the phone which is not an unusual form of payment now a days so he would now have to go home then back together service center and then venture to work 70 miles away... Making this service fiasco a half a day of wasted time and problem still not corrected. Just sorry we didn't stick with Toyota .. The truck would have been dropped off either the nite before the appoint or morning of and we would have gone to work in a loaner and pickup the truck up that evening.. Well only 12 moths left on lease .. Can't come fast enough. This dealership is not customer service oriented in any way .. From the receptionist who makes the appoints to the ease of service availability to the customers and the service in general... If you need to buy a jeep go to another dealer if you don't .. Don't say I didn't tell you so ,,, More

Service with a smile Had a problem with the tire pressure sensors which showed we needed air when they were filled at the proper levels. Getting ready to go on a trip this weekend and was also concerned that one of the tires might have a leak. Brought my Jeep Liberty in and spoke with Jim Migliore and told him I needed the car back by 2pm. Sure enough at 1:40 he called and said the work was done and they resolved the problem. There was no charge and he was great when we picked up the car...could not have been happier. More

I stopped in to Lester Glenn and they were very professional and accommodating. I returned for an appointment and was taken on time and was called earlier than told to pick up my fixed car. Lou Paramonte the assistant service manager, personally took extra care to make sure I was able to make another appointment I had later in the day. I am looking forward to purchasing my next car here. More
