I bought a new 2014 Jeep in April. The car was a lemon from the start. In the past 7 months the car has been at Lester Glenn for a total of almost 4 months. I can not say enough positive things. Car Dealers and Dealerships get a bad rap for being about the bottom line, but THIS dealership is ANYTHING but. Amazing experience! More
I dealt personally with Joe, the dealerships new service manager and he was courteous. I only came across one rude person in the dealership but you can find one bad egg anywhere you go. I dropped my brand new dodge journey off for service that I scheduled 3 weeks ago. My appointment was for 10 am. When no one called me I came back to the dealership at 12 and my car had not even been moved f I scheduled 3 weeks ago. My appointment was for 10 am. When no one called me I came back to the dealership at 12 and my car had not even been moved from when we initially parked it. The manager, bill, went on to tell me they go by ready by time instead of appointment time, so why did I schedule an appointment for 10 am three weeks ago if it wasn't going to be ready, not even ready, but started by 12 pm? Worst customer service and the attitude of the manager was awful. I work for customer relations and I could never talk to the customer the way he spoke with me. More
Poor Poor service department!!! This place is night and day compared to the Lester Glenn GMC Dealer which is top notch. I decided to bring my car to this place because of the great expereance I had at GMC day compared to the Lester Glenn GMC Dealer which is top notch. I decided to bring my car to this place because of the great expereance I had at GMC but boy was I wrong. Service department never calls when the car is done. They never call to explain whats going on with the car (good or bad). Both times I got my oil changed they never put a sticker in the window for next service. I brought my car in for a recalled part that they ordered for me and when I scheduled the appointment for it they changed the oil instead and never installed the recalled part. I really hope this place gets its act together because I really like Lester Glenn and had great experiences in the past.. More
