We had the pleasure of having Eddie Elsayed as our sales professional. He was very informative, friendly, & professional! Our experience with finance officer, Adonis Guaba, was not. When we informed him we were not interested in a warranty plan, he became condescending & pushy, like we didn't know what we could afford. He continually kept asking what payments we could make after we told him, we did not want to have this conversation anymore. It became uncomfortable & took away from an otherwise pleasant car buying experience. More
