Lester Glenn GMC

I've owned 3 used GMC Safari work vans a 1995, 1999, and a 2000. I have gotten 300,000 miles each out of these vans. When my most recent van called it quits, I opted to by a new van. Passing by, I noticed a new GMC Savana at Lester Glenn. When I stopped in, a friendly salesman greeted me and answered all my questions and let my go for a drive. After some negotiations, I ended up purchasing the van and the salesman delivered it right to my door! I'm pleased with Lester Glenn and their knowledgeable staff. I'd definitely recommend them to my friends. However, I am disappointed with GMC's product line, the discontinued Safari and Sonoma were great little economical and strong work vehicles. More

I went to Lester Glenn because I fell in love with a Mazda I saw on the internet. I was dreading it because my experience with other dealerships in the past were horrible. Upon arrival, my mother and I Mazda I saw on the internet. I was dreading it because my experience with other dealerships in the past were horrible. Upon arrival, my mother and I were greeted by Mr. Mike Amarando. He was very pleasant, warm and welcoming. He was more than happy to search his inventory for the car I saw online. When he discovered the car was at another dealership, he worked on getting it there so we could see it right away. While we waited (which wasn't a very long time at all) he was very hospitable, charming, and delightful to talk to. We didn't even have to ask for the car fax! He gave us all of the car's information and features. When the car arrived at the dealership I went with Mike for a test drive. As I was going from a Jeep to a tiny sports car, I was nervous to test drive it. Mike made me very comfortable the whole time. He showed me how different features of the car worked (How to open the gas tank, and the convertible top) He even took my mother out for a test drive. At first she was hesitant because it is a two seater tiny car but Mike completely changed her mind. Mike was never pushy like some salesman I've dealt with in the past. It was Mike who sold me on the car. If I had to deal with more pushy rude salesman I wouldn't have bought it in all honesty. Customer service is definitely His expertise! Dan who handled our finances was also very friendly and explained different packages clearly. It was a very fast easy process and an over all pleasant experience. Kudos to Mike Dan and Lester Glenn!
