Bob Arnold, a family friend over at the Chevy dealership, made it a point to set me up with a great team of guys over at GMC and made sure I was completely taken care of. Everyone was super friendly and willing to do what ever it took to make their customer happy. Diligence and determination are two traits these guys take to heart. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted in a car even if it meant spending numerous hours tracking it down in Connecticut. When it came to all of the paperwork processing everything was explained to me in a very comfortable and detailed manner. On the day I picked up my car Mike made it a point to explain and demonstrate every detail and function of my new vehicle, a very laborious task being the car has so many features! I can truly say I had a great overall experience that I will continue to share with all my friends and family members anytime I hear they're looking for a new car. This is our second vehicle purchased from Lester Glenn GMC. Both times we've had a pleasant experience with no pressure tactics. Our Salesman Ed Smuda was very knowledgeable of the GMC & Buick products and was extremely patient while I made my vehicle choice. He then took the extra time to locate the exact vehicle I requested. (All which was accomplished in the week before the Christmas holiday) Dan Bennett, Finance Manager, was also very knowledgeable and was helpful with the finance/lease options. He also helped us decide which extended warranty option was best for us. We highly recommend Lester Glenn GMC and in particular salesman Ed Smuda, who took the time to personally send us a handwritten Thank You card. Kerry and Ed were both great to work with! I went the dealership knowing everything that I wanted in my new car (this is my first new car). Apparently the combination of things that I wanted in my ca dealership knowing everything that I wanted in my new car (this is my first new car). Apparently the combination of things that I wanted in my car was very hard to find, safety package, power sunroof, power lift gate, navigation system, V6, leather seats, remote state and in blue. Lester Glen had a Terrine with everything I wanted but was in black. Kerry wrote down everything that I wanted in the car and spent two days tracking down the SUV that I wanted. Lester Glenn also gave me the best deal out of any of the dealerships that I went to both in NJ and in PA (at least 5 different dealerships). When it came to signing the papers everything went great. Kerry called me the morning I was coming in to sign the papers to tell me that the car had been cleans and pulled from the lot and was waiting for me! Dan Bennett was also awesome. All of the paperwork was signed and completed in less then 15 minutes. I even got an interest rate that was lower then GMC advertises as their well qualified rate. Kerry Zielinski, Ed Fiorvate and Dan Bennett were the best dealers that I have worked with. Dear Chris, and Mike, Mike, Dan, Ed, Bill, Joe and everyone else who helped me with the purchase of my 'new' car, I cannot thank you enough for everything you did to make purchasing my 'new' car po everyone else who helped me with the purchase of my 'new' car, I cannot thank you enough for everything you did to make purchasing my 'new' car possible. Although it is not a new car, it is new to me, and I feel like it is brand new. Between the safety check, the detailing and the exceptional customer service, I have full confidence that I will be driving this crossover for years to come! From the minute I was contacted after submitting my online finance application through the final handshake, I was treated as a friend. Mike (Nacinovich) came in on his day 'off' to help get the process started and explained all of the costs, options and service I should expect. Then, he introduced me to Ed F. and Mike A. and told me to let any of them know if I needed anything or had any questions. Next, I met Bill, who told me he would make sure the car was safe to drive (I have an almost 2-year-old so that is of upmost importance to me). I know that Joe worked on the car to get it ready to take home. Mike A. walked me through the paperwork, called my insurance company to help me add the car to my policy, and even put the temporary plate on for me. Dan helped me understand all of the financing and details of the purchase. I'm sure there are many more people involved, so for those 'behind the scenes', I am grateful, too. Had a very pleasant experience at LG - John was a very patient sales representative - never pressured us into our purchase. Due to John's professionalism and knowledge we stayed and listened - he was not intimadating or high pressure and felt very comfortable doing buisness with John.
