We went to several dealerships to try and get the best value on a crossover/SUV lease. Mike Amarando worked his tail off to get us the deal we wanted. We truly appreciated his sincerity and dedication in making our car buying experience such a pleasure. We live about 40 minutes away and he even delivered the car to my house himself. This was by far the easiest car purchasing experince . Ed and Mike were patient, lisitened to my needs and concerns and helped me work out a plan to be able to purchase our new Enclave. I had a really great experience with this dealership back in December, 2011. They were one of the only reasonably nearby dealers that had the car I was looking for and they gave me a VERY fair price with abs in December, 2011. They were one of the only reasonably nearby dealers that had the car I was looking for and they gave me a VERY fair price with absolutely no hassle. There was a little confusion in the beginning as to whether I could buy the car because it was a showroom car (still not too sure what that was about) but I spoke to the boss, who was very nice, and that was worked out over the phone quickly enough so I can't complain. I actually had great difficulty working with other dealers to buy this car because it was so new so I was very relieved to have found Lester Glen. They took the sale seriously, which others before them surprisingly did not, and within a few days, I had my baby! Also, when I got there, I worked with Daniel Suarez, who was very nice; he patiently explained everything and he gave me a really great price with no bath-and-forth. He was also very honest so I would definitely would work with him again. They also drove the car to my house, which was very convenient and much appreciated since it was over an hour drive from the dealership. (I bought the 2012 Regal GS and I've been extremely happy with it/her. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone!) More
My car was coming to for mileage so I went to the Nissan dealership to see what could be done for a repeat customer. I decided to shop around and based on the reputation of Lester Glenn and the Buick name it became my first and last stop. I was greeted with a smile at the door by John Bencivenga. Without pressure we talked about why I was there, what I was looking for in a car and then we test drove the Verano. I was then introduced to Daniel Suarez and the process only got easier. Again without pressure, ongoing haggling the process was straight to the point and my options were clear to understand. Both gentlemen were proud to speak of the Lester Glenn legacy as well as the Buick name. They worked hard to work within the budget set and presented me with a great offer. Daniel was quick to assist with any information the insurance company needed and made the transfer of my Nissan effortless. The time that both gentlemen took to explain the features of the car was appreciated and not rushed. I always thought that the Nissan Altima was a nice car with alot of convience in features however the Buick Verano is definatly a step above in class and luxury features. Lets hope the start of this car relationship only gets better with time. More
