Working with Lester Glenn Buick GMC was honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had! Mike and Bill were very helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel welcome in their showroom. I had a few obstacles to get over in order to get leased, my credit score wasn't great and I had a few payments left on my current lease. I honestly didn't think I stood a chance to get approval from the bank. Most dealers I had dealt with told me exactly that or tried to put me in a car with a monthly payment way more than I was comfortable with. That was not the case with Mike and Bill. I could tell they were genuinely concerned with my situation and did everything they could to help me. I gave them the max price I was able to pay per month and not only did they come back and tell me I was approved, but I was under budget!! The other dealerships made me feel insignificant because I didn't have a stellar credit score and pretty much wanted nothing to do with me. Mike and Bill were the exact opposite! They made me feel comfortable through the whole process and answered any questions that I had. Dan in the finance department was also very helpful. He had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and explained what every form was and why I was signing it. I am so happy I decided to go to Lester Glenn. I have already referred my parents and my sister and will be a Lester Glenn customer for life!! After I signed all the paperwork in the finance office, Bill met me at the door and had my car waiting for me curb-side. He sat with me and went through all of the amenities in my NEW car. He took the time to show me how EVERYTHING worked and even called On~Star to set up my account with them. I AM SO HAPPY I WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! Best car buying experience EVER! Our lease on the Nissan was going to end in 8 months. So we were just shopping around for a future replacement. While there Bill Mallek gave us a deal we could not refuse.
