How Your Car Buying Experience Should Be! I went to Lester Glenn Mazda with interest in a new Mazda CX-5. I was greeted immediately and the entire staff was friendly. I was shown the exact mod I went to Lester Glenn Mazda with interest in a new Mazda CX-5. I was greeted immediately and the entire staff was friendly. I was shown the exact model I was interested in and was able to test drive the vehicle immediately. Dave pulled the vehicle up and we went for a ride. He was very friendly and genuine. Once we got back we discussed my budget and Dave worked hard to get me there without any of the typical excuses some salesman give you. He didn't try to push the sale or pressure me to stretch past my budget. After we came to an agreement, the paperwork went smoothly while my new CX-5 was detailed. Once my shiny new CX-5 was pulled out from detail, Dave entered the vehicle with me and explained how all the new technology works very thoroughly. I was highly impressed with the knowledge he brought to the table which added to a confident purchase. He followed up with an email to extend his thanks. I went to 4 different dealerships before Lester Glenn Mazda and was about fed up with finding the right vehicle and dealership. Dave made the experience enjoyable and worry free. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Dave and Lester Glenn for their superior customer service.
