Great people, great experience!! I was involved in an accident that totaled my CX5 on September 1st and contacted Lester Glenn Mazda about a week after to look at new models. From the very beginning, the team at LG was concerned about my welfare and health first and did everything they could to make my buying experience easy and efficient. I dealt mostly with Sales Manager, Pat Sweeney and he was more professional and courteous than any other SM that I have ever worked with - Tim Smith reviewed the car with me at the dealership and set up everything for me within 10 minutes and last but not least, Nick had ALL of the paperwork ready for me to sign and I had it signed/completed in 10 minutes as well.....what a great experience from beginning to end! I highly recommend Lester Glenn - they are the best! More

Definitely better than most other dealers I have bought cars from different dealers and have visited many dealers (without purchasing). For the most part, buying a car is not an enjoyable pr I have bought cars from different dealers and have visited many dealers (without purchasing). For the most part, buying a car is not an enjoyable process as most dealers are deceptive and try to squeeze the most from the buyer. Not at Lester Glenn. I already knew what the price of the specific vehicle that I wanted was. The price was very fair (although I did go through the Costco auto program which provides a competitive price). In any case, I dealt with Mike Leone who was very pleasant and not a pushy salesperson. They provided me with an actual quote for a lease (without running my credit). Another dealer gave me a ballpark figure that was more of a huge range. I then asked Mike to provide a quote with my actual credit. In any case, this process was smooth and less stressful. I like that Lester Glenn provides 2 year free oil changes and loaner cars. Also, the plates were available in less than a week. More
