I started off with a simple inquiry to the internet sales team of Lester Glenn. Elyse was the rep I worked with and gave me solid information on the vehicles they had on the lot and helped me narrow down my team of Lester Glenn. We got down to a single vehicle with the features I wanted and we started talking price. She gave me MRSP, so I countered with what other dealers were offering for a similarly equipped vehicle. She said they could take $500 off but I would do better by coming in and showing my face. I explained that I had a trade and she asked for my VIN and mileage. With that info she was able to give me a book value range of what the car was worth. With this information I traveled to the dealer. When I arrived Tim was there to greet me. I was able to meet Lee and we went over my trade briefly and then Tim and I took the new car for a ride. Tim explained everything I wanted to know about the car. If he didn't know at the time I asked a question he found out and let me know. We went for an extended test drive so I could get a chance to check out all the features of the car. When we got back Tim and I sat down and started going over my trade and the numbers. Right off the bat, the numbers were better than I had anticipated. I asked to have everything broken down so I could see where all the costs were going and I asked them to lower the price. They did both of these without any haggling about it. There was no pressure at any time. No tactics were used to make me buy the car or better yet to buy any extended warranty. They explained the extended warranty to me but when I declined once, the conversation moved on. Tim explained that the dealer offers free oil changes for the life of the vehicle and also helped me get the car setup once all the financial stuff was out of the way. I was at the dealership a total of 3 hours. Overall it was a quick, easy process which I actually enjoyed. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and will hopefully buy again from them in the future. More

Kim has been calling and texting me for over three weeks and my daughter wasn't ready yet. We were coming for a Mazda 6 new or used and my daughter fell in love with the 2012 mazda 3 new. We walked out without a deal, the price was too high and said we couldn't do it. On Feb 15, 2013 I reached out to Lee again and he was able to come down a little on the monthly price and I said we will take it. I will be going to hopefully pick up the car on Saturday Feb. 16, 2013 pending my daughters credit score. It's her car we are paying for it, the rest is up to her. More
