He had no problem trying to hunt down a specific package when it wasn't on the lot, and wasn't pushy on having trouble deciding on which car to buy. He was not detered when we said we were favoring another Brand. He came up with an alternative option when we were about to leave and convinced us to take another test drive. This was the right move, because based on that test drive we bought the car in spite of the fact we were not buying today.
