Dan Deuber assisted us with the purchase of a per-owned certified Mazda 3 on 3/29. Dan and the sales manager, Mike Nacinovich were a pleasure to deal with. After weeks of reseaching consumer magazines, internet and test driving different vehicles, we determined the Mazda 3 would be the best car for us. We went to another dealership where they have "no haggle" pricing, but the Mazda selection was limited. Saw a great deal on the Lester Glenn website for a Mazda 3. Visited the dealership and met Dan. The price of the vehicle was very reasonable, but the color was not something we could live with. Dan did not want us to leave disappointed and took the time to search their inventory for a comparable car in the color we like. We ended up purchasing a car with more options for the same price! Also, the price we paid was the about the same as another Mazda 3 we were considering at another dealership and that car was 2 years older and had far fewer options. We are extremely satisfied with deal we received and with our experience at Lester Glenn Mazda. At no time did we feel like we were being pressured into a sale. Dan was polite, knowledgable and treated us well. We would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
I stopped into Lester Glenn Mazda just to do some research on some SUV's for when I got ready to trade my '08 Pontiac G6 in later this year. I was met pleasantly within a minute by Dan Deuber and proceeded to explain to him what i was doing. Dan was very polite and attentive and showed me several SUV's, both used and new, that he felt wouls suit my needs. As we were walking around the lot I noticed the new Mazda CX5 and asked Dan about it. He explained that it was a 2013 new model and thought it might be a possibility. He asked if I wanted to step inside the showroom as they had one on the floor. After showing me a lot of the standard items and some of the options on the CX5 Touring model I asked if he could possibly run some numbers just so I could get a better feel for this car. I was quite suprised and impressed by what he came back with. He did not pressure me at all to do anything right then and there and I went on my way. I stopped at a few more dealers that day (one was another Leter Glenn dealership) but didn't do anything further. Two days later I wen't back to Dan and after a little fine tuneing bought the CX5 right off the showroom floor. Dan and all of his co-workers are true professionals and it was a pleasure doing business with the. I would highly recommend them and their organization. More
My wife and I set up the appointment via the internet, off Mazda's corporate site. When we arrived at the local dealership, we were greeted promptly and in a friendly manner, without the usual feeling of off Mazda's corporate site. Dan Deuber was our salesman. He was well informed, even though the CX5 was a brand new model. He happily accommodated my wife's request to test drive it in a parking lot, as the traffic in the area had her a little uncomfortable. Dan answered all our questions honestly, even those that revealed a minor, less than ideal aspect of the car we were looking at. He was respectful toward my wife and included her in all the discussions--a rarity when buying a car. The price negotiation, although spirited, was conducted in a polite and professional manner. We settled on a figure that we were comfortable with and seemingly gave them enough profit to keep the lights on. They did not try to push us to "invest" in rust proofing, floor mat warranties, alien abduction insurance, or any of the other schemes to part a customer from his money that I've grown accustomed to over the years, when buying a car. This was by far and away the best car buying experience to date. Even without the free doughnuts in their service department, I'd recommend them to my friends. :-) More

He gave me a copy of a positive review of the vehicle that was recently published in the NY Times which showed me that he stays abreast of the current research pertaining to his product. Purchasing a new car is normally a very big hassel but Lester Glenn made is as pleasant as they could possibly make it. Dave, Nick, Mike, and Daniel were all pleasureable to work with. In addition, Dave went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. He even took about 20 minutes of his time after the sale was made and I was getting in my car to leave to set up my blue tooth and show me how everything worked inside. Most car sales people don't want anything to do with you after you make the sale, but not Dave. More
