I walked into the Lester Glen Mazda dealership with intent to by yet cautious of pushy car salesmen. I had alreayd been to a few mazda dealerships prior to Lester Glenn and I had to deal with your "typ intent to by yet cautious of pushy car salesmen. I had alreayd been to a few mazda dealerships prior to Lester Glenn and I had to deal with your "typical" car salesmen. As soon as I walked through the door, Travis introduced himselfand proved that not all car salesmen should be sterotyped. He was friendly, informative, and quite the oppisite of pushy. I told him what car I was interested in and he pulled the one I wanted right up to the front where he went over every detail and perk of the car. He was not trying to "pull one on me" or be sly. He was simply educating/informing me of the potential of the vehicle. I was thouroughly impressed because I am not very savy when it comes to technology, and not one other car salesman from previous dealerships took the time to explain it to me. When push came shove while discussing numbers, I was introduced to Mike. He is the general manager of the Lester Glenn Dealership.He also was very pleasant. I got exactly the price I wanted after discussing it with Travis and Mike. I also traded my car in for exactly the price I wanted. I was then sent to Luke who was extremely pleasant and polite. He was in charge of the paper work. He took into consideration that I had been at the dealership for quite some time. He had offered me drinks and asnwered any questions I had. My experience at Lester Glenn was a positive one and I recommend any person buying a new car to head to Lester Glenn Mazda. More

Travis was very kind and polite (Not pushy) we were there to see if a deal could be possible. That's were Mike came in on the visit; he was also very friendly and polite. I have passed experienced with other Mazda dealers and by far this was the best. The other dealers don’t even come close. The prior dealer I used I knew I would never go back after what the end results were, which happened after we left the dealership. But, I can say even during sales they did not have the warm feeling like Travis & Mike. I’m very happy to have found this dealer on line. I would highly recommend people to buy from this dealer and especially ask for Mike. One more thing, since I left the dealership within one day the word of mouth is already spreading; my insurance agent was totally impressed with the outcome there. We need to buy vehicles for the company I worked for and they are now thinking about purchasing a vehicle from this dealer as well. More
