Hiram asked me some question to get a better idea of what I wanted in an Outback and ballpark price I was looking to spend. We then went out to the lot and he showed me some inventory. Hiram worked with me for an hour when I said I'm going to get my wife and come back. Hiram and his manager didn't like this they wanted the sale now, but I was persistent and he was professional. I called him about two hours later and asked him to have afew different cars with similiar options so my wife could pick. He did, she picked, we had a deal.
