I almost didn't stop by LGMaz last Thursday. I had just driven an Audi A5 and was on my way to Freehold to drive a BMW x1, and I didn't want to stop, but I am so glad I did. He was genuinely friendly & professional, and he was endlessly patient. We test drove two cars, and he listed to me carefully while I gave him feedback about each car. He made suggstions, brought more cars up to the front door so I could sit in them, and explained all the features and pros/cons of each. I know I asked the same questions over and over, but he answered them each time with even more detail so I could be sure I was clear. There was NO pressure at all, and he took me seriously, neither of which is guaranteed as a woman shopping for a car. When it was time to talk numbers, John was transparent - no games. He listened to my budget, what I was willing to pay, and he and Andrew hammered out a deal I couldn't turn down. Then, because I had a car to return and other things I had to get done, John drove my new car to my apartment in the freezing rain, and went through all the features with me. I have told my cousin about John and Lester Glenn, and who knows, he may show up looking for a car for his daughter. It was a great experience and I am very glad I stopped. More
