Liars My daughter found a car on Lester Glenn’s website it stated it was located in Ocean we found out it was in Toms River so I spoke with Brandon and he s My daughter found a car on Lester Glenn’s website it stated it was located in Ocean we found out it was in Toms River so I spoke with Brandon and he said he would have the car brought to his location in Ocean it was confirmed the next day in the morning the car would be onsite at 4 I left work early and was called by a frantic women that the car had to be seen in Toms River due to the fact if we purchased it at Lester Glenn Ford it would not be certified I spoke to Pat the GM at the Toms River location Mazda the car was a Mazda and he said I know you have a long ride I will make it worth your while - We arrived and the car was waiting outside Pat greeted us and assigned us to a nice salesman we drove the car and were ready to make a cash deal the salesman hits me with I have to pay $800.00 to certify the car really? The entire point of me driving 50 miles was so the car would be certified the salesman started to get pissed and Pat did nothing for us but tried to xxxxxxxx me needless to say I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE A CAR from Lester Glenn any location I will stick with George Wall in Shrewsbury they are true professionals More

Repair of hood scratches looks like finger nail polish now. I had returned to Dealership to repair hood scratches that weren't seen when purchasing new car with cash. Their Lead Auto Body mechanic literally too I had returned to Dealership to repair hood scratches that weren't seen when purchasing new car with cash. Their Lead Auto Body mechanic literally took touch up paint and brushed it on top of the scratches. The Hood now looks like it has Fingernail polish on top of the scratches. What a mess. Would not return to dealer due to lack of ownership in promising to repair scratches. Where is their Customer Satisfaction commitment? More

painless I started with an online chat, That got me to Michele Benigno who we put thru a lot of questions and research. We were looking for a certified preowne I started with an online chat, That got me to Michele Benigno who we put thru a lot of questions and research. We were looking for a certified preowned vehicle for our Daughter. We would be trading in my daughters 2001 Tribute. I finally got my daughter to narrow down her list of what she was looking for with Micheles help. After approximately a month and a half we made it to the Dealership and it was between two vehicles that Michele had waiting for us to look at and test drive. Once at the dealership the Sales person we were assigned (Larry Royce) was very patient and helpful. We ended up test driving three vehicles. Two of which were CX-5"s and a Subaru Outback. The Outback was a loaded vehicle but a little out of the price range we were looking at. Then Larry told us that Mazda can install a navigation chip in there vehicles which is one of the things my Daughter wanted. My daughter ended up with a 2016 CX-5. Larry was very knowledgeable of the vehicles we had looked at and answered all my questions without any hesitation or research. A few days later we realized that we had forgotten to take the ezpass device out of the Tribute. I called Michele and she had an assistant track down the Tribute and was able to retrieve the device. the Professionalism and customer service so far has been exceptional. More
