painless I started with an online chat, That got me to Michele Benigno who we put thru a lot of questions and research. We were looking for a certified preowned vehicle for our Daughter. We would be trading in my daughters 2001 Tribute. I finally got my daughter to narrow down her list of what she was looking for with Micheles help. After approximately a month and a half we made it to the Dealership and it was between two vehicles that Michele had waiting for us to look at and test drive. Once at the dealership the Sales person we were assigned (Larry Royce) was very patient and helpful. We ended up test driving three vehicles. Two of which were CX-5"s and a Subaru Outback. The Outback was a loaded vehicle but a little out of the price range we were looking at. Then Larry told us that Mazda can install a navigation chip in there vehicles which is one of the things my Daughter wanted. My daughter ended up with a 2016 CX-5. Larry was very knowledgeable of the vehicles we had looked at and answered all my questions without any hesitation or research. A few days later we realized that we had forgotten to take the ezpass device out of the Tribute. I called Michele and she had an assistant track down the Tribute and was able to retrieve the device. the Professionalism and customer service so far has been exceptional. More
