First, he is the nicest guy and has an approach that put you at ease. Second he knows every feature and benefit about a Mazda, explained it to me and then showed me them during the test drive. Later on he explained them again to my wife and went for another test drive. He workes with me on getting the lease price I wanted. When it came time to do the paperwork, he explained everythine even as my 7 year old daughter was running around. He even called Geico for us and got the car added to the policy: Who does that? Larry. During the walk around of the car, Larry went through every single detail even syncing my wife's contacts on her phone.
