Every three years my wife and I DREAD the thought of having to negotiate a new lease deal. The lease was up on our Ford Edge and we were interested in looking at the Ford Escape. We originally went to having to negotiate a new lease deal. The lease was up on our Ford Edge and we were interested in looking at the Ford Escape. We originally went to the dealership that we leased the Edge from and were not happy with the results so we decided to give Levittown Ford a try. At Levittown Ford we were introduced to Al Omar who greeted us with a big smile. We told him what we were interested in and after we test drove a 2013 Escape and liked the car Al ran around the car lots looking for the color and model we wanted. He then searched on the computer for almost 2 hours trying to find exactly what we wanted. All the while assuring us that he would find the car for us and never trying to push other options on us. My wife wanted the car to have a backup sensor and finding that was not easy. But as promised Al eventually found a car that was on order in the color we wanted and in our price range. After Al met with Mike (the manager) they offered us an even better deal on a car they had in stock. The car had all the options we were looking for plus many more (they only difference was the color) and they offered it to us at the same price. It was a deal we could not refuse and all of this was possible due to Al Omar a/k/a/ The Egyptian Magician, my nickname for a man who was true to his word and truly worked magic. Al Omar and Mike Volonakis turned something that we were dreading into a great experience and we left Levittown Ford in a car we are very happy with. More

My son’s Escape had a pesky window problem. Ms. Gloria Alvarenga , actually came out to meet me and went over the problem with me. She quickly arranged to have a service representative look at it and gave me a number of options and prices as to how to approach the repair. The price by the way was more than fair, actually lower then I expected. Arrangements were made and we have not experienced any more problems with the window. Well that did it, I knew we had made a friend in the auto business. We have 4 Ford products in the family, and we needed a dealership that was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. And when it came time to buy a new car, there was no doubt that it would be purchased at Levittown Ford because of our experiences with Gloria. You came imagine that with 4 cars, we are often in the service center getting our oil changes etc. But it is always a pleasant experience, from the ladies at the front desk to Gloria, and sometimes if we have other questions, we actually talk to the mechanics who work on our cars. Try that at some other dealerships ! I have recommended many people to go there and everyone has thanked me. Because of Gloria, I know I can leave our cars and not have to worry about having quality work done at a very fair price. So especially to Gloria and to all Levittown Ford associates, I applaud you! He was the best. He helped me to get a new car (even I thought I couldn’t afford it). My old car wasn’t worth it what I thought, but between Mr. Omar and George (the manager) they walked me to the process in a less painful way. If anyone is interested on getting a car I would advised them to go to Levittown and ask for Omar, you are not going to regret it. More
