Kevin was able to address all of my concerns, even though this was a USED car, with kindness, respect and total professionalism. The same sentiment goes for Eric in finance, a true professional, honest, also not pushy in terms of options at purchase. It's not often that purchasing a used car goes this smoothly or without hiccups, but this team gets it done with excellent communication, kindness and respect for the buyer.
