I was shopping for a used 2005 Mercedes Benz c320 and decided to visit Levittown Ford who was advertising one. I met with Hertzel Halilli who was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He explained the history of the car, went over all the features thoroughly and went with me as I took the car on a test drive. At no time did I feel any pressure or intimidation. When it came down to haggling the price, he was very accommodating and we negotiated a great price. The entire team at Levittown Ford were very helpful and made the whole buying experience a pleasure. Never once did I feel like a was being treated unfairly or pressured. When I went to pick up my car, they had it in the service bay all washed and detailed as if it was a brand new car. They even went over the entire car once again to make sure I was happy with everything. I will definitely return to Levittown Ford to make any future car purchases. That's something I've never said about any dealer. My last car buying experience at hillside Honda was a complete nightmare, it just goes to show you how a well organized dealership with a courteous staff can make a world of difference. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. More

Did not have a good experience with the dealership. Almost 8 hours later....... ended up with dirty certified Pre-owned 2010 vehicle with loose, broken, and missing parts. Not to mention 1500 miles sin Almost 8 hours later....... ended up with dirty certified Pre-owned 2010 vehicle with loose, broken, and missing parts. Not to mention 1500 miles since the last oil change. I Had many other problems during purchase process. "Legally", they fulfilled their obligations to me as they eagerly point out. In my humble opinion, they are good people executing bad policy. I dont trust them. Therefore I could never recommend them. More
