He explained to me that Northport Ford was slated to be closed and that he would be happy to assist me. I was not looking to go that far from home to purchase a car, but his series of e-mails made me decide to take a ride. I was disappointed that the Taurus X was no longer being made so I decided to look for a Ford Escape. When I arrived at Levittown Ford, Chris offered to give me a test drive in an Escape and was not very impressed. He then suggested a ride in an Edge, and after the brief ride, I was sold on getting an Edge. I wanted to get a red one but I noticed a blue one in the showroom and took a liking to it. Chris provided me with several options for getting it and decided to purchase it right off of the showroom floor. I traded in a 2009 Ford Taurus X which I had a great experience with. I have had the Edge for two weeks now and absolutely love it. I would definitely recommend Chris Belesi and Levittown Ford to anyone looking to purchase a fine new car. More

He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; and all the while maintaining a level of professionalism that was greatly welcomed after being given the run-around by numerous dealerships in the NYC area. At no point was my pressured into making my purchase and he made sure that I got the exact car I wanted. Chris, along with the finance department at Levittown Ford, were very accommodating and did whatever it took to work out a deal. We originally went in there in November to purchase a Fusion, but the numbers just didnt work out for us and we said we had to think about it. We had every intention of coming back in the future and we let Mike know this. Well not only was very patient with us because we were undecided at the moment, but he made sure to tell us when we go back he will be very willing to make sure we get something in our price range. Well we went back this past Saturday and Mike was beyond helpful for us. He got us into the car we wanted plus a price that was just perfect with us. He also tried to get our sale expedited so we didn't have to spend the whole day at the dealership. I have to say we have gotten exceptional service there and when we go to buy another new car this will be the first place we go. More

The Quality of Work was rated Good vs. Great only because of a minor error in the Dealer's calculations which could have ruined the whole experience had it not ended up being resolved to my satisfaction. The overall experience was rated Good primarily for the above mentioned issue, and the fact that it took several hours to complete the entire process. I don't think that Levittown Ford is any different from other dealerships regarding the time factor, so I wouldn't hold it against them. I think the price and trade-in agreement was fair, but I always feel that I could have gotten a better deal...maybe it's just me. More
