Took the car in for a pre purchase inspection. paid $253 for it. They didn't check everything, they wanted an additional $195 to look at any specific thing. Don't forget the $22 "miscellaneous" ch paid $253 for it. They didn't check everything, they wanted an additional $195 to look at any specific thing. Don't forget the $22 "miscellaneous" charge that is self described as "another form of tax" and is for shop supplies. They didn't report the oil condition ( needed changed ) they didn't show me the "120 point inspection" sheet - apparently the mechanic had just gone to lunch. Didn't report tire condition ( 2 back tires need changed). suggested $2000 worth of repairs but couldn't manage to list part numbers or any real detail to determine what was actually being quoted. what about the engine mounts that need changed? oh the mechanic didn't report it before going to lunch so i guess it's okay. Overall a terrible experience dealing with a dealership. Will not go back and will specifically look for a different place if i ever have to go to a Ford dealership again. So just to be sure as you mention on your receipt, I Am NOT Completely Satisfied. More
