Check Engine Light Came On Brought vehicle to the Service Center because the Check Engine light had come on. After checking my vehicle, it was determined that my gas cap was not Brought vehicle to the Service Center because the Check Engine light had come on. After checking my vehicle, it was determined that my gas cap was not tightened enough. Service Advisor explained the situation and explained what to do in the future to avoid the light coming on again. He was very knowledgeable and kind considering the problem was my fault and he and the technician had to take time out of their busy day to resolve the problem. More

Thank You, for a great stress free experience! The one funny thing, I have to tell, though is. That, when we, the last min. remembered that we have a 2004 Prius, for a trade-in. The guys, that went to check the car out, came a few min later, trying to tell us, that the Prius would not start. My husband went out. When he came back in, laughing, he said, that non of them knew, that the fob key needed to be inserted into the slot. It doesn't work like the new ones, where you just have to have the key inside the car. Too funny! More
