Man of his word, pleasant buying experience. Searched on line for a red Lexus. Another dealership in Topeka said they had one, but lied. I specified what I wanted and they hooked me up big time. Shawn got me the price I wanted. Mike got me financing when my credit union dropped the ball. Kyle and Austin were awesome in their service and delivery of the vehicle... just awesome! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lewis Toyota to family and friends as a result of their excellent service. My wife and I drove up from Santa Fe, NM, because Lewis Toyota had the truck I wanted... and at an excellent price. They took my old truck in trade, and I drove away in my cool new truck. New administration, Great Team I have to admit, I used to go to KC or Lawrence when time came for a new car. Not anymore, I am staying with Lewis Toyota in Topeka. The new administr I have to admit, I used to go to KC or Lawrence when time came for a new car. Not anymore, I am staying with Lewis Toyota in Topeka. The new administration and new Sales team has really turned around this dealership. Courteous, attentive, willing to do business. Steve Laird and Casey Williams really made us feel good on the deal and, as Casey said, buying a car has to be joyful. Boy, I had never heard that one before, but they did made the deal a joyful purchase. Went to get an oil change with the "27 point inspection." My tires were rotated also. The brochure showing "27 point inspection" but did not list the 27 points. The following day a warning light came on that the manual said was either low brake fluid or the parking brake was on. Neither was the case since this was a 2009 RAV4. I called the srvice manager and he said it was probably low tire pressure. I asked him if the "27 point inspection" included checking tire pressure and he said it did. I told him the tire pressure on all four tires registered 13 pounds. The tires are run flats. He said that was impossible. I told him I was disappointed that I didn't get what I paid for. He said, "Sorry." When I insisted this should have been checked since I was paying for it, he again said, "Sorry." The only thing sorry is their service department. More

In twice this, week I typically get my standard oil change at a quick lube type of locations but went in to the dealer for my 30k service. Of course I was too tight to pay for the full 30k service as change at a quick lube type of locations but went in to the dealer for my 30k service. Of course I was too tight to pay for the full 30k service as I felt that I could handle some of the items and give an upgrade to more performance parts than they would put on for typical service. Anyway to the point. A warranty part was ordered to replace a broken item on the car and it came within two days. I arrived today without and appointment and was able to get the car in quickly and back before I new it. The lot was busy with the current promotion and I have to say it was one of the better experienced I have had at a dealer. I have boycotted the local Dodge dealer not for their products but for the the insanely long service wait times for simple items, 2.5hr for an oil change, no major problems with the Caravan. Nissan dealer no problems at all but I didn't get the exceptional feeling that I was welcomed at the dealer and appreciated like I felt both times this week. Ran my promo number and I got last prize, hey $5 gold dollars was good enough for my son and I to stop at McDs for a treat on the way home. Great service, Congrats to Lewis Toyota I was blown away.
