My shopping for a new vehicle took several months due to some unexpected family situations (medical, funeral, etc.) and Chris and Tony very nicely fol My shopping for a new vehicle took several months due to some unexpected family situations (medical, funeral, etc.) and Chris and Tony very nicely followed up with me at different times to see where I was at in the process without pressuring me at all. (I think some other dealers thought that I wasn't serious about wanting to buy a new vehicle!) Then, when I was finally able to get serious about buying a vehicle again, they went out of their way to find the exact vehicle that I wanted and quickly priced it at a great price compared to quotes received from other dealers I had been in touch with. They made the process so easy and affordable that I didn't want to continue to spend time negotiating with others. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and with the Toyota Highlander that I bought! Thank you guys! More
