Scheduled maintenance We previously depended on Rick V. at Lewis for our service needs on our Toyotas. Since he left, we have felt more or less on our own, and have search We previously depended on Rick V. at Lewis for our service needs on our Toyotas. Since he left, we have felt more or less on our own, and have searched around some for maintenance on our Prius and Rav-4. Recently we have experienced the support and assistance of Dave Roberts on our 15,000 mile and 50,000 mile scheduled maintenance. And once again we feel we have someone who is willing to assist us hopefully on an ongoing basis. The services have always been well provided in a timely fashion, but we missed the personal touch from the past. More

We stopped in to Lewis Toyota just before leaving our way out of town. I just wanted to test drive the Rav4 Hybrid and see if I was even interested. No sales pitch, I had already done my researched the vehicle and now I wanted to see it in person. Dan was very helpful and respectful of our limited time. We drove it and them left. Dan gave us all the information we needed to make a quality decision while we were gone. He made himself available for questions and we texted and talked for 3 days. We also spoke with Michael Farmer by phone and he helped walk us thru the forms we needed. Our experience was great, Dan was able to locate the car I wanted with the options and most of it was accomplished while we were out of town. I would say the experience working with Dan and Lewis Toyota was very pleasant. This is our first Toyota we have owned and look forward to have a great ride. More

Great experience I originally was looking for a used vehicle. John ended up showing me a new vehicle as well, without feeling pushy at all.
