When I dropped off the vehicle the morning of my scheduled service the staff seemed confused and unsure as to why I was there. Hours later, I finally called to check and see if something was wrong; nothing wrong they just forgot to call. Okay, cool you're human. I get there to pick my vehicle up and the cashier was extremely rude and asked "what do you need"? Told her I needed to pick up my vehicle and asked how much the visit would cost. She let out an annoyed sigh and told me the amount while scrolling on her cell phone. I paid and she handed me the receipt with the worksheet of the service. I asked if I could also get my keys and again, she acted extremely annoyed and rude grabbed my keys and shoved them over to me. Needless to say, I will definitely be finding somewhere else to get my oil changes. More
