Went in for oil change and rotation, was even willing to pay for the rotation but was told no problem happy to take of it for no charge. Tires had 20 k and needed it seeing how they were not done for the fi pay for the rotation but was told no problem happy to take of it for no charge. Tires had 20 k and needed it seeing how they were not done for the first service. Got car back and no rotation done, was told didn’t need because the tread was all the same. 20k miles!!! You could look at from to back and see they needed it. They simply didn’t want to best I can figure. Next issue was it came back with engine light on from an oil change mind you. How is this not noticed before they tell you car is ready. So had to wait till they figured out what they messed up. I gave them two shots at service because I bought the car there, well out of my way to go as well, but I definitely won’t be going for a third for service or return business on buying. More

Had to go back 4 times because they fill out the paperwork wrong, told us to go back cuz car was not able be clean cuz the holidays, went to pick up still not clean, cleaned the car and kept the rem paperwork wrong, told us to go back cuz car was not able be clean cuz the holidays, went to pick up still not clean, cleaned the car and kept the remote had to go back for the remote. Told us the plates were gonna be mailed to our house then emailed me to go pick them up.Had to tell them we live 40mns away and what they told us they said they didn't remember saying that then cuz we complained they mailed the plates. Too many inconveniences just because they were not paying attention. More
