My salesman/finance closer were nice/did their job well and because of that i feel bad writing this honest review. The dealership simply left a sour taste and I don’t think i’ll be giving them my future bu and because of that i feel bad writing this honest review. First scummy thing: they tried to steal $1500+ dollars… I prequalified for the VW low apr interest rate that they tried to tack an extra 1.9% thinking because I had to drive three hours I would fold… then their reaction to me leaving started an act like they would “negotiate with the bank” which ofcourse came back to the rate that was agreed upon before going out there. Then the next xx i had to deal with was being told I wouldn’t have to return to the dealership… I could get everything shipped to my house to save another 3 hour drive, sounds convienent right? wrong… I get an email my plates arrived at the dealership- with that I respond to the email asking for them to fulfill what was promised. TWO weeks goes by *nothing* so ofcourse I follow up and I’m told I have to come in… to be fair to them though they then did install them which was nice minus VW not having front plate holes so they have to drill into the bumper (who really cares though) overall experience B-, good negotiated price, friendly people, wish it lacked the sliminess More

Worst car buying experience of my life. Finance department held us up for three hours and pressured us to take dealership financing when we made clear we already had financing. Only managed to complete paperwork after I demanded the return of my car and told them the deal was off. Felt we were held up only because we refused financing and therefore, the finance guy didn’t make his money on the back end of the deal. Will NEVER return to this dealership. More

Fastest, I have ever purchased a car,truck or. motorcycle. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Guillermo was the best no xx salesman I have ever dealt with.
