The car had a few issues which the Dealership was able to correctly diagnose and address. Pricing was as agreed with work completed on schedule. When we first starting doing business with them in 2006. At that time the business was great, but has gone down hill. They up charge and sneak in unnecessary extras that they did not do before. On this visi At that time the business was great, but has gone down hill. They up charge and sneak in unnecessary extras that they did not do before. On this visit all I requested was two new tires and a new battery. I knew it would cost a little more, but it was worth it to know they would do the job right. But after my service of inflated parts pricing they added an additional $40 tire changing fee. So the $200+ for each tire and the $200+ labor was not enough? Completely unnecessary! More
