The service people at the desk are very friendly and polite to the customer. They explained what might be wrong, and what the cost would be. They gave me a ride to work and a pick-up the next day when polite to the customer. They explained what might be wrong, and what the cost would be. The only suggestion I would have is that they keep more parts in stock. Each of my last 2 visits required parts not in stock and therefore required an additional day of leaving my car in the shop.
