All the paperwork works and loan process were prepared well in advance so that there is not much wait time. It also arranged better financial arrangement for the auto loan. Unlike some other dealer where they use hard tactics to sell a car or products, that was not the case here. The dealership explained all available products but do not push hard. Leasing a 2022 Rav4 Prime from Lexington Toyota is the best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had, by far. It started with an email back and forth with Internet Sales Manager Tim Daley. The car had to be booked since it was in short supply. Tim did that for me and gave regular updates on the status of the booking (they did not charge me for the booking). At no point did I get any other promotional emails or phone calls trying to sell me another car. When the car arrived, they readily honored the quote that they gave at the time of the booking, though the car was leasing for much higher prices. They never sell above MSRP, so no haggling for prices. They appraised my trade-in at a very good value. The day I went to pick up my car, the process was quick and efficient. Harley Easton explained and did the leasing paperwork in 20 mins. Joel Hanley took me to the car and explained the features very well. There was absolutely no attempt to sell me anything extra. I drove out of there in my new car is less than 90 mins. I'll definitely recommend it to anyone considering to buy or lease a Toyota. I'll be going back for sure. More
