Your response is totally out of date. Shaynah sent me the info I wanted day I asked for it. As is typical of your organization’s documentation, you need to get your act in gear. (Pardon the pun!) If Shaynah were in charge, apology after apology would never need to occur. Jerry Johnston I just noticed that it took 6.5 weeks for you to send me an irrelevant response to question that Shaynah had already answered. Does that give anyone in your chain of command a clue as to why I plan to take my business elsewhere? And don’t take 6 weeks to respond! Jerry Johnston
