The agent who checked me in was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. However, the new messaging system was not so great. I waited 2 hours beyond completion of the service because the system fa knowledgeable, and quick. However, the new messaging system was not so great. I waited 2 hours beyond completion of the service because the system failed to notify me that my car was ready. The dealership shouldn't rely solely on the system to communicate with customers until that system is proven to work. More
