I was contacted by the Diane from Lexus service center that my car needed the 20,000 mile service. We booked the service appointment for them to pick up my car at my home at 12:45 on Monday. I received an that my car needed the 20,000 mile service. We booked the service appointment for them to pick up my car at my home at 12:45 on Monday. I received an email on Sunday verifying the time and date of pickup. Monday comes at 1:05 no pickup. I call Lexus and speak with John and he says that he will forward this info to my service advisor Rich. NO ANSWER OR RESPONSE. I call back and leave a message for Rich. I finally receive a phone call around 3:45. He explains that my service call "fell through the cracks" and would I like to reschedule. NO I DO NOT! I have wasted my afternoon waiting. More

Would you believe a 5 star rating for a car dealership service department? We hit a pothole in I78 and had the sidewall of one tire destroyed. We pulled to the side of the road and used our Lexus Emergenc service department? We hit a pothole in I78 and had the sidewall of one tire destroyed. We pulled to the side of the road and used our Lexus Emergency button. The operator arranged for a flatbed to rescue us and it arrived within 40 minutes. Meanwhile we phoned Lexus of the Lehigh Valley. The service department was wonderful. We arranged a loaner car and they were waiting for us when we arrive just before they closed for the day. Very quickly we were on our way home (near Philadelphia). Our car was repaired mid-morning the next day and then they drove my car to our house to exchange for the loaner - at no cost! More
