Great service I enjoyed my experience it was my birthday the day I bought the car, I didn’t want to spend my birthday there and they made sure I didn’t. I was offered a test drive and even shown different options the truck has during the test drive. Honestly I went to another dealership prior to this one and was told I had to be well qualified to buy. I stated I was a nurse and was well qualified never offered a test drive or anything. When I got to Lexus of Orland I felt welcomed, and part of the Lexus family before even purchasing. I am very happy with my vehicle and the service I received from Chris and Martha. This is my first time leasing and they were sure to go over every detail with me. Overall my experience couldn’t have been any better.....BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!!!!! More
