Very rewarding! I needed a car/suv and had been looking online at different dealerships. I found an Rx350 that sounded like what I was looking for... I called Lexus of Orland and set up an appointment. We met with Mike Fredette and I couldn't have been more impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and, genuine interest in us. In the past I have walked out of a dealership when the sales person talked down to me or thought I had no knowledge of what I wanted. Mike in no way did that. He did an excellent job explaining the controls etc. on the test drive. After our negotiations, and no pressure selling, which is a big turn off for us, we made the deal. Mike took all the time needed (even though the dealership had closed for the day) and went though all the operations in the car. Mike is the kind of sales person I want to deal with and would recommend to my friends. Extremely patient and doesn't pressure you, makes you feel very comfortable in the process. More
