The bonus of the entire process is that he was able to retrieve a diamond earring that had been stuck in the rails of my seat on the vehicle I traded in for years! Do not get your vehicle serviced here If you are wondering why there are not many bad reviews, it is because they pay dissatisfied customers to remove them. UPDATE: I was offered $50 b If you are wondering why there are not many bad reviews, it is because they pay dissatisfied customers to remove them. UPDATE: I was offered $50 by Brace Woolsey, on the condition that I remove my negative reviews. I refuse to do so because I would hate for other potential customers to get ripped off by this dealership. It seems Brace also lied about other Lexus dealerships providing free diagnostics. McGrath Lexus of Westmont offers a complimentary 2nd opinion on a previous diagnosis. I called and they confirmed this. Bring your vehicles to McGrath for a second opinion if you want to avoid a hefty diagnostic fee at Lexus of Orland. I don't recommend bringing your Lexus to Lexus of Orland Park for service. They charged us over $150 more than the estimate I approved, and they lied about completing a courtesy inspection. I e-mailed the service director and had to contact the attorney general's office when he wouldn't reply. Keith O'Meara's response to my complaint was to fabricate a story to the AG because it seems he would rather lie than address the issues in his department. More
