Professional customer service My new car sounded noisy so I brought it in to be checked. Service found that the middle exhaust was defective. Was replaced (under warranty) but still sounds noisy. Will have to bring it back. I had Toyota Highlander for 9 yrs & I loved it. It was so quiet. Unfortunately, my new Lexus Rx350 is not. Hope they can fix it! More
