Customer Experience I have been a long time customer of Lexus of Orland, and I have EXCELLENT credit; yet despite this, the Finance Manager denied me a lower interest rat I have been a long time customer of Lexus of Orland, and I have EXCELLENT credit; yet despite this, the Finance Manager denied me a lower interest rate citing that it’s his belief that I was attempting to circumvent paying IL state taxes. I produced an IN drivers license and insurance card w/my IN address. I bet if I were White he would have approved me for a lower rate. More

Very pleased I was very pleased with the service I received from Lexus. Since I purchased my vehicle many years ago, I had a growling noise in the steering column I was very pleased with the service I received from Lexus. Since I purchased my vehicle many years ago, I had a growling noise in the steering column. FINALLY someone found it and corrected it. Kudos to the mechanic and advisor. I was disappointed though that after spending $1600 they could not even vacuum or clean the windows of my car. I understand it was cold and the car wash was closed but an interior cleaning would have been welcomed. Just as a side note...McGrath Lexus would not have let my car go out that dirty. More
