Unprofessional This day was different from all other visits. I normally don’t have any issues with this location, so I choose to take this trip for good service. My This day was different from all other visits. I normally don’t have any issues with this location, so I choose to take this trip for good service. My service rep was Morgan this visit. She was just unpleasant from the beginning. I called in the day prior to discuss my battery warranty & make my appt. The reps on the phone said the battery would be replaced, and only takes an hour. When sitting with Morgan, I mentioned the warranty. She said:well we’re just not going to replace the battery, well check it out & recharge if it’s not bad, but u can still sign this form to get things started. Battery charging was new info to me, so I double checked with her. Her tone was as if she was rushing me & that my having a warranty irritated her. After an hour she found me in the lobby to tell me that it would only be charged. aAfter the second hour I checked with her to see what was going on. With an attitude she states: There’s 2 cars on the chargers & we only have 2, so I (Morgan) just have to wait & walked away. After another 30mins, I check in for an estimated time. She went to check & told me 30 more mins, even though it was closer to another hour. I feel like I could have been warned about the wait for the battery charger & been offered a shuttle or car. Also that since my service was free I was made to wait behind others. I was there over 3 hours. Morgan just needs to be informed on how to greet customers & to take time out to update them, especially if the service is taking longer than expected. When I was checking out, she noticed that I was fed up, so she apologized for the wait & was a little nicer than before. It was too late. More
