Exceeds expectations all around My lease was up at the end of December. Went to the dealership to get a regular maintenance + see the sales rep to on what options I have. Surprise number 1: Of my years of buy and lease cars, I have never worked with the same dealership and deal with the same sales person twice. This time when I called Jim up, he was there. The day before I went in, I did some look around at Edmunds and Kelly. Went in with a fairly good idea of what a serious offer should look like. Surprise number 2: after dropping off the car at service and talked with Jim, he came back with a serious offer that i could not refuse. So, while I didn’t really expect to do a deal that day, we had a deal!! Surprise number 3: To top it off, at the end, we met Mike as the closing finance manager. He was the same friendly guy who closed our deal three years earlier. I can honestly say I never dealt with the same sale-finance team ever in all the dealership I dealt with. The pair worked together extremely well. My wife and I had an positive experience that we would not associate with buy a car in a dealership. The dealership had overall done a great job. No doubt, it hit the ball out of the park. The following are two challenges that could enhance the customer experience even further; hit the ball to the Moon, If you will. I bought the car in for a regular maintenance, and talked about a deal some time in December. At the time, the expectations was to drive away with a proposed deal in the same car. It would be a valuable service to the customer if the sales and service department could coordinate and recognize that the lease will be up in a month, and advise the customer that the services at that point can be skipped, because if the car become a pre-owned, the existing customer will be paying for a service that will be repeated in the pre-own certification process, the customer in essence will be paying for a service that is adding value to no one. Also, we spent about 5.5 hours in the dealership from start to finish. Understood that sometimes things take time. I always wish the process of buying/ leasing a car is not that time consuming, albeit this time the experience is quite present. The last two points are by no means a negative reflection on the dealership operations, just something to think about. More
Very disappointed. I went in June for an oil change and ended up paying more than I expected because the mechanic did something to the oil pan and blamed it on the age o I went in June for an oil change and ended up paying more than I expected because the mechanic did something to the oil pan and blamed it on the age of my car. I ended having to pay more than what I wanted too. This last visit in November I got another oil change and wiper inserts. Ifrom June-November, they come back and tell me my vehicle needs almost 3,000.00 worth of maintenance. I cannot imagine how in 5 months 3,000.00 miles later, I’m needing all this work. I don’t know what or why i should believe the dealership. I’m very very disappointed. I purchased my vehicle brand new at Lexus of Orland and have always brought my car to them for my maintenances. I understand that my car is a 2006 and I’m well aware of wear and tear. What I’m really having trouble understanding is how we are only 5 months later and I’m needing all this work done??? Why wasn’t I told this on the last visit? I hardly drive my vehicle. I’m very baffled about this whole situation. More
Mud flaps installed It cost $145 for 4 mud flaps that I had bought frOm Lexus for another $115. Seeing that I just bought a new car from them you would think they could have put the mud flap I bought from them on at no cost. I was quoted one price and charged more. They did adjust it when I mentioned it. More

30k service of Lexus NX 200t I have had a NX200t F-Sport for 2 years. I have been very satisfied with the vehicle and the service provided every 5k miles to date. I do, however, have some issues in that I have inquired about other things, like phone Apps that have expired and the cost for them but there have been no follow-ups or suggested paths forward for me, the owner, to obtain a cost effective means to have this service. More
