Bought our first Lexus! Victor helped direct us to both certified used and new vehicles that we were interested in right away. After a few test drives that same day, Victor and his team provided my wife and I very good numbers on a new 2019 NX300 F Sport. My wife and I slept on the idea of purchasing our first Brand new Lexus and made sure we were ready for the investment of a quality vehicle to protect and last us a long time. The following morning, Victor gave us a follow up call and we had made our decision to purchase our first brand new 2019 Lexus. The whole Lexus team provided my wife and I a very exciting and non pressured car purchasing experience. We both are very happy with the customer service and knowledge they provided to us throughout our visit. The technology expert Lorenzo did a fantastic job in explaining every feature of the 2019 NX 300 while having a great sense of humor guiding us through our new command center. My late Grandfather had been a loyal salesman to Lexus of Orland for 20+ years and I felt it was only right that my wife and I purchase our first brand new vehicle together in remembrance of him. awesome experience Had a good experience from start to finish ..the service rep. took down what I feel i needed to have done ..they later called to inform me of another Had a good experience from start to finish ..the service rep. took down what I feel i needed to have done ..they later called to inform me of another problem and asked if i wanted to have that fixed too ..my key was broken and i did not even realize it could be fixed to work and look like a brand new key ..and the price was reasonable ..the work was performed in a timely manner and i always have good service done by trained technicians ,,i feel very confident leaving this dealership knowing my car is in good shape BTW it is a 2006 that I bought in 2005 and i still think of it as my new Lexus ..just a few cosmetic details that could be taken care of it ..and it looks and feels like a new car..oh and they actually called me when the car was done More
