After getting into the service area I was immediately addressed the agent who would hear my reasons for bringing in my vehicle. The office and the agent was very clean and the agent was very efficient. After taking my information and making sure that I was signing off on what I had said I was told that I could have a loaner vehicle but I chose to wait. The reception area was very clean and inviting. Lexus has free Wifi service that I could take advantage of along with other amenities such as clean toilets, cafe with free coffee, cookies and tea and much more. More

Not happy Had an appointment at 12:15. Was 5 minutes late. Was told “they” should have never given me an appointment at that time and that it may take 1 and a Had an appointment at 12:15. 60,000 mile check up I had a 11:45am appointment & when I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes for a service writer to check me in.
