Awesome service and super nice dealership This dealership is beautiful. Plain and Simple. Right when you pull into service, you have a super nice service advisor/manager there to greet you and This dealership is beautiful. Plain and Simple. Right when you pull into service, you have a super nice service advisor/manager there to greet you and take care of you. Lexus has such beautiful cars, so when you’re waiting you can go into the showroom and check some amazing vehicles out and talk to salesmen (who are far from pushy and will do whatever to help without trying to get you to buy a car.) The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars is because it took a little longer than I thought it would, which is about an hour and a half or so, but I understood because they truly thoroughly check your vehicle to make sure it’s as perfect as can be! A little pricy, but you definitely get what you paid for which is worth it to me! More

Disappointed The dealership personnel lost one of the keys to the used vehicle I purchased. Clearly stated on the deal bag and there were “2 keys + valet” The s The dealership personnel lost one of the keys to the used vehicle I purchased. Clearly stated on the deal bag and there were “2 keys + valet” The salesman manager told me that they would be looking for the key and if it turned up they would send it to me. However, they would not pay for a new key regardless of the outcome. I thought this was completely unfair and after a half hour of expressing this, the manager finally agreed to compensate me an aftermarket key of $100. To which they still have not mailed me a check for this amount and it doesn’t appear that they are going to, even though I do have it in writing that this is what they agreed to. More

AWESOME DEALERSHIP! I wouldn't dream of taking my Lexus anywhere else. The staff staff is always courteous and friendly from the time you drive into the Service Door unt I wouldn't dream of taking my Lexus anywhere else. The staff staff is always courteous and friendly from the time you drive into the Service Door until the vehicle is finished, complete with car wash! The state of the art waiting room with television, computers, free Wi Fi, free coffee and snacks makes waiting for your vehicle pleasant. I have my own personal Service Writer "JOHN DEGNER" who's awesome. He really makes sure all my vehicle is always serviced properly. You won't be disappointed! More

Always a pleasure dealing with these folks My Lexus is 7 years old and this is the only place I've ever taken it for service. The staff are knowledgeable, accommodating and pleasant. My car is always ready by, if not before, the promised service time. I usually wait while it is being serviced, although they offer a loaner. I have never had an issue with the quality of the service. The waiting room is very nice, well appointed and clean, as are the restrooms. The experience has been so good at Lexus of Orland that I expect to buy my next car from them! More
